Klykable is built around a simple product bet: the URL should carry enough intent to prepare the experience before the first message.
A support link, quote link, QR code, campaign link, or onboarding link should not open the same blank interface every time. It should open a branded agentic landing page with the right workspace, workflow, tools, permissions, memory, and expected outcome already attached.
The link is the launch surface
Every Klykable session begins with a URL. The host identifies the brand or tenant. The path identifies the workflow. Query parameters and signed context add the task details. From there, the product can assemble the right session instead of asking the visitor to explain the whole situation again.
That makes links useful for more than navigation. A Klykable URL can become a support intake, sales quote, onboarding checklist, account review, implementation handoff, taco order proof, Builder Brief, or internal operating surface.
Context arrives first
The important shift is timing. A generic assistant waits for a user to type. Klykable prepares context before the conversation starts.
The session can know which route produced it, which tool policy applies, which facts are reusable, which voice runtime is enabled, and what durable outcome the workflow should create.
Realtime voice, not voice theater
Klykable runs realtime voice on enabled surfaces through Gateway. The product proof is focused on URL-addressable sessions, context parsing, durable database-backed state, Live Brief updates, transcripts, and server-authorized tools.
That boundary matters. Voice should make an already-prepared agent surface feel natural. It should not replace the session model.
Durable sessions
A Klykable session is product data. It can store context, events, tool results, transcripts, outcomes, and reusable facts. That gives builders something sturdier than a disappearing transcript: a session record that can become a quote, ticket, checklist, Builder Brief, order ticket, summary, or handoff.
The next layer of agent products will not be only message boxes. It will be branded, addressable surfaces that begin from the workflow someone already clicked and finish with something useful.
