Workspace Setup

Prepare a Klykable workspace before launching branded agent surfaces.

A Klykable workspace is where builders and client teams manage surfaces, policies, sessions, Live Briefs, and outcomes.

Before you launch

Decide which team owns the surface, which users can manage it, and which customer workflow it serves. Keep the first surface narrow enough that success can be inspected from one session record.

Setup checklist

  • Confirm workspace access for the people who will configure and review sessions.
  • Pick one host or route pattern to represent the workflow.
  • List the context fields the URL needs to provide.
  • Decide whether the first interface is chat-only or realtime voice on enabled surfaces.
  • Define the durable outcome the session should create.

Keep scope small

The first surface should prove the session model, not every possible agent feature. A clear intake, quote, checklist, or handoff is better than a broad assistant that cannot be evaluated.
